Shashwat Dream, Palanpur

A COP area for a residential scheme in Palanpur. This space is meant to bring a sense of community among residents. The entrance is covered in canopy with a back feature wall.

The trickling of water on entry calms one down at the entry. As one enters and moves along the walkway, it opens up into a huge multipurpose central lawn, giving a feeling of grandness. A temple in the entry enables senior citizens to visit it at various points and times.

We created multiple sitout space, swing sitting, bench sitting, senior citizen sitting, etc. around this lawn. The swimming pool along with a plunge is planned in a corner to give privacy to various user groups. A rubberised sports area and kids play area is separated by an overlapping sitting space.
