In residential schemes, 10% area is kept for COP. Being in Indian context, residents require an open space where they can gather on various festivals and gatherings. Keeping this in mind a multipurpose space became the centre in COP on ground floor. On one side of it we have covered gazebo overlooking at the open lawn with soothing water spouts. On the other we have swing sitting and kids play area.

In order to increase the amenities for residents, we planned to develop terrace. Various functional spaces like a plunge pool, stepped sitting area with outdoor screening, outdoor dining area, water feature, yoga deck, gazebo, multipurpose lawn are planned on terrace.
