The Landmark

Surrounded by roads on all 3 sides, we had a vision that the building would stand out as an iconic landmark for the area, hence the name.

The building has retail shops on three sides on the ground floor and first floor. The first floor also has a dining and kitchen area for hotel above.

The two top floors have hotel rooms of 3 varied categories, all having overlooking view towards outside.

The ground floor has a height of 15' and is also projected on all three sides, elevating the entire super structure. Use of materials like brick and terracotta screens gives a soothing view.
